The opening few minutes of the game South came out strong and put City immediately under pressure and on the back foot. Aggressive play from Seb and Oli in the midfield moved the ball forwards nicely and created opportunities in the first few minutes with Jack (and Andy) eventually putting the ball in the City goal. South continued to hold their own but City countered well and managed to sneak two goals in, leaving the score 1-2 at half time.

It rained in the second half.
