A good inaugural game for the L3s
Charlotte MacloedAfter being locked out from the pitch car park, the last minute team made together of mostly new members to the club made their bid for victory against St. Neots on the St. Catz pitch. Unfortunately this did not to materialise.
However, considering most of the players had never played together, the respectable score of 3-1 (with a cracking flick goal from Lou G, some spectacular saves from new found goalie extraordinaire Cath and brilliant play by Emma) enabled the players to leave the pitch with their heads held high.
Our match tea was also fantastic, pizza and chips will always be a winning combination. All in all, a promising start made by many new players.
