What can I say, we WON!!!! 4-1 no less, with some beautiful goals from myself (Esmé), Lauren (though she stole one from Emma-Rose) and Dani.

In the first few minutes of the second half City managed to score a goal. They managed this by a direct approach, forcing their way through to our goal and scoring. Never mind, we responded by playing some beautiful hockey, showing how it was done and scoring our final two goals.

All sorts of players were mentioned for MoM, with many voting for Grace, Harriet or Roisin. Lemon went to Iona, again - even though she wasn't there - just because she looks hot in yellow.

All in all it was a great game: good weather, great players, even better results and all who were present for teas now know what "poodlefaking" means, so educational as well.
