It was good to see St Neots back at Long Road, with a number of familiar faces. The match was an enjoyable one, contested well by both sides with fairly even possession throughout.

Unfortunately, St Neots scored twice in the first half. The first came from a well-practiced sort corner routine, the second coming in open play. we had a few chances but just missed out on goals.

The second half was very even and looked like neither side would score. However, St Neots got their third goal from a short corner, which was the final play of the game.

I think the whole team are now looking forward to the rematch.
