There was a lot of vagueness
We showed upon the pitch.
They scored a goal or three or so.
There may be some we missed.

Then we got a volley back 
Well it might have been not sure.
What I do know or maybe don't
We needed three or four.

Seventy minutes or was it sixty
Just flew by very quick.
Some at least remembered
How to hold the stick.

Most of us forgot though
How collaboration felt.
Still there's always next week
If it isn't Christmas yet.
