The Pelicans are in flight, gliding down the pitch and ready to turn this mistake to their advantage. Thankfully, rock solid defender Elly stands tall in any wind and, unfazed, hits it back to centre-field via the wings.

After some back and forth, player Avi is driving the ball up the pitch and flips to fellow forward Elaine, who fires it beautifully into the cage. The Pellies counteract with a third goal, which South catches up to in no time thanks to a reverse sweep by Avi.

After a final goal from the Pelicans, the wind drops, the game has ended. It’s all smiles as the L6s heads inside for teas.
