On a humid, autumnal day, the 4th XI looked to get our season back on track. The opponents Nomads. Both teams started well with a few early chances but Nomads begun to dominate. An excellent defensive display from Martin, John and Matt K kept it at 0-0 going into the break.

Second half was more evenly contested with both sides having a number of opportunities. South used our trip of wingbacks to push high up the pitch and create chances. Unfortunately we couldn't capatalise and get the goal. Luckily a stout defensive display was matched by a spectacular keeping performance by Matt Lee and the game ended 0-0.
