Remember what oriental chicken tastes like
David AndersonThis game had a slightly sour taste in the mouth. At first after beginning the roast and starting with the vegetables we were enjoying it. Soon we realised we had cooked a mildly green chicken. We sat round the table and tried it to ignore it by rotating new potatoes onto our plate. We had an undercooked swede. Peas on top of the plate making a minimal impact - a bit too mushy. The gravy holding it all together wasn’t of a thick enough consistency but still managed to not cover the entire plate. The Yorkshire pudding held up but got a bit too soggy. A couple chances to change the palate with pigs in blankets were a refreshing taste of a standard roast. But the meal ended feeling with a bittersweet taste wishing for some pudding.

Went through the pre-match check-list of items. Noted he had none of the above. Left the house anyway and had to get his parents to deliver his stick, socks, etc. to the meet!
