Pre-game notes:

 Spalding is far away
 It was cold
 Will B was late due to some last-minute cleaning.

First half:

 the ball was in Spaldings half most of the time
 Spalding were threatening to get some of their hit and hopes through
 Matt W was very excited about his first goal in ages (clearly it was worth the wait for that stick)

Editors note- It was 798 days between my goal on Saturday and my previous goal. Coincidently both my goals have been assisted by Nev which I just thought was interesting information. 

Second half:

  many shots on goal, including some classic Ivo reverse action
  more passing round the back from South, as per Nevs half time instructions 
  two great goals from Ash K and Nev. 

Post game notes:

  Teas were good (presumably) or at least well deserved
 Spalding is far away
South did a great job not increasing our green card count this Saturday.
