The day started for the L3s at 2:00pm as they travelled to Peterborough for a lovely 4:00pm pushback. Battling against the rain and wind we arrived with what we thought was a strong team of 11 only to find out it was 12! The sub was much appreciated. A big shout out to Nicky and Suzanna for getting their hockey sticks out and stepping up for the L3s huns when we were very short on players.

The game was really end to end with both sides pressing and driving the pitch. Peterborough only gaining an advantage after a short corner with a hard to stop goal to the right side. The match continued with South gaining ground and with a couple of near missed and balls that Peterborough managed to keep just out of the goal. The game ended 1-0 to the away side.

POM went to the newest L3 Meg for great runs in the middle. Shout out to Lou in the screen position. LOM went to Harry purely because Mo was not there to take her lemon crown.
