A tough 2–0 defeat for the team this week, but the Faithfuls certainly didn’t go down without a fight! Everyone worked incredibly hard for the full 70 minutes, battling until the final whistle and giving everything they had. Unfortunately, it seems the Traitors had other plans…

 

There were some brilliant performances across the pitch, but with suspicions, the Faithfuls were left wondering who they could really trust. The investigation is ongoing…

The Unexpected Faithful

 

Not usually a defender, but stepped up and took on the challenge for the full 70 minutes. Thrown into the defence and trusted to hold the line, she proved herself to be a true Faithful when the team needed her most.

The Defensive Faithful

 

An out-and-out defender who can be trusted to do the job every single time. Some fantastic picks of the ball and cracking aerials made sure the Faithfuls had someone reliable holding the fort.

 

Maegan

 

The Brick Wall Faithful

 

Once again taking the ball off the goal line like it’s just another day at the office. Dependable, strong and absolutely impossible to get past. If there was one person you could trust to protect the Faithfuls’ fortress, it’s Maegan.

 

Izzy S

 

The Morale Faithful

 

Screen player with a work rate that never seems to drop. But more importantly, her morale is somehow even higher. When the Faithfuls are struggling, Izzy is there keeping everyone going and refusing to let the team give up.

 

Kim

 

The Loyal Faithful

 

Wheels for legs, strong in the centre and always willing to back everyone up. Even when the skorts are two inches too short, Kim remains loyal to the cause. No suspicious behaviour here… just pure Faithful energy.

 

Tess

 

The Morale Officer

 

A centre screen who loves turning people inside out and somehow still has enough energy left to support everyone around her. Her loyalty to the Faithfuls has never been questioned, with morale levels consistently at an all-time high.

 

Emily

 

The Young Faithful

 

The youngest member of the team, but absolutely no one would know it when she steps onto the pitch. Standing strong, battling hard and showing maturity well beyond her years. Definitely one of the Faithfuls.

 

Amelia

 

The Suspicious Faithful

 

Centre-mid in front of the screens with a serious running engine. Always working hard and giving everything for the team. She’s probably a Faithful… although we’re still keeping one eye on her, just in case, ketchup on a jacket potato.. we need words…

 

Kerryn

 

The Faithful Leader

 

Super speedy, super skilled and captain of all captains. Always leading by example and putting the team first. If the Faithfuls needed someone to lead the mission, Kerryn would be the obvious choice.

 

Izzy MP

 

The Robbed Faithful

 

A nightmare for any defender and lethal whenever a scoring opportunity appears. Definitely should have had a penalty flick, but apparently the Traitors had other ideas. We haven’t forgotten. Justice for Izzy.

 

Amy

 

The Silent Faithful

 

Quiet but deadly. Those incredibly long femurs get her into striking range quicker than anyone else, meaning she doesn’t need to say much before becoming a serious threat. Stealthy, dependable and absolutely one of the Faithfuls.

 

Liv

 

The Escape Artist Faithful

 

Despite her travelling antics, Liv hasn’t missed a beat. Weaving in and out of the defensive line like nobody’s business and causing problems wherever she goes. Very difficult to catch and, thankfully, still firmly on the side of the Faithfuls.

 

Sophie

 

The Dependable Faithful

 

A midfield jetsetter . Quiet, dependable and always putting in the work. Loyal enough to play 3 hours after a flight. Her only suspicious behaviour is her continued reliance on Mummy Dearest to pack her hockey bag… which may explain her unfortunate Lemon of the Week status.

 

Claudia Winkleman would be proud. Suspicious decisions, questionable loyalties; We may have lost 2–0, but at least we know who the real Traitors were.
