You know it's a late game when:
1. You only depart Long Road for Peterborough at 16:00.
2. The match is played under moonlight (albwit with a bit of help from the floodlights).
This may also explain why some of the younger players weren't available as the finishing time would have gone passed their bedtimes.

Some stats from the game.
We had probably 70% of the possession and territory.
Had about 10 shorts on goal vs 2 or 3
Had more short corners than Peterborough
They scored 2 goals and we scored one fewer.
Rich played sweeper for the 1st time but was rather good at it, winning him MoM.
Andy scored a goal, but we failed to do the post match analysis on that over teas, but nstead focused on his dubious pushback and the spectacular skied shot. He took his LoM with great humour as always.
The team is improving as we move further into the season. More great performances excepted in the coming weeks and months.
